Current Behavior

The readme.md does not include Layer5 open source project's standard header or footer.

Desired Behavior

See README.md examples in all / any other repos in https://github.com/orgs/layer5io/repositories.

Implementation

1. Copy/paste the header and adjust as needed.
2. Copy/paste the footer and leave as-is.
