Current behavior

Intl.DateTimeFormat is a core object of the JavaScript Internationalization API (ECMA-402), designed to format dates and times according to the conventions of different languages and regions.

Steps to reproduce

1、Project->setting->Account
2、Profile-> Preferences
3、Language & Time
- Timezone ：Beijing
- Language : 简体中文

Project->Work Items -> table layout
create date,update date
