[bug]: Fallback font on Cyrillic languages

Current behavior

The Inter font does not properly support the Cyrillic characters, they are rendered using a fallback font, which looks inconsistent and visually unappealing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up Plane on Docker Self-hosted
2. Add task on Cyrillic lang
